The price displayed from the beginning should have included VAT.

The room is quite spacious and clean, the service is friendly. Only the breakfast options are less interesting. Only fried rice is served, nothing else.

I booked the hotel from the 17th-21st via the app when I checked in the staff was quite friendly as soon as I entered the room the room atmosphere was not very clean the sheets and floor of the room because there was still hair scattered on the floor also the bathroom towels and shower were not very supportive because the water from the shower came out small and uneven I only stayed one night even though I had paid in full for 4 nights the next morning I checked out even though the 3 nights were burnt and also the parking lot was very unsupportive narrow and difficult to park please pay attention to the hotel especially in terms of cleanliness.

Yang bagus di hotel ini cuma lokasi dan ukuran kamar cukup luas. Lainnya: bedshit, kumel dan seperti bekas pakai tamu sebelumnya, Handuk alamak dekilnya dan bolong-bolong seperti sudah bertahun tahun tidak ada pengadaan baru, Sikat gigi dan odolnya tidak tersedia meski ngakunya itu kelas deluxe, jet shower airnya keluar seperti jet tapi amat kecil. Jadi kalau mau menginap di sini bawa sendiri tuh sprey kasur, handuk, sikat dan pasta gigi sendiri, hiks.

The rooms are nice, the bathrooms are pretty and clean, there are elevator facilities, strategic location near the galaxi mall, its campus and UNAIR campus, many culinary delights near the hotel, the breakfast is decent for a price that cheap.
