The staff was very friendly, the hotel room was spacious, the air conditioning was cold, and there was hot water. However, the TV was too small, and the room deposit was a bit high and required cash, but there was an ATM nearby.

My first stay at this hotel was quite good. The rooms are spacious and the access is close to ITS. If you want to find food nearby, you can just walk; there are many food stalls and it's close to Alfamart and Indomaret. There's a Rp 200,000 deposit, which is refundable upon checkout.

Just a suggestion to pay more attention to the sanitation of the bathrooms and sinks, as some were not running smoothly (almost blocked), and the rooms still smelled of cigarettes (possibly from previous guests). However, the service was friendly and pleasant.

I booked the hotel from the 17th-21st via the app when I checked in the staff was quite friendly as soon as I entered the room the room atmosphere was not very clean the sheets and floor of the room because there was still hair scattered on the floor also the bathroom towels and shower were not very supportive because the water from the shower came out small and uneven I only stayed one night even though I had paid in full for 4 nights the next morning I checked out even though the 3 nights were burnt and also the parking lot was very unsupportive narrow and difficult to park please pay attention to the hotel especially in terms of cleanliness.
