The hotel smells really good, is clean, the service is friendly especially in the restaurant and the food is also delicious, only the female receptionist doesn't smile, it's a bit strange

The price and class of the hotel did not match expectations with the comfort and facilities provided, the room was dirty, the AC was noisy, the bathroom was dirty, the towels were small, the furniture was ugly and dirty, not suitable for today's hotels.

The room was not very clean, when I first arrived I was given a room with really ugly peeling walls, the floor was dirty and a bit dirty, they asked for an additional fee to upgrade the room but I didn't want it, but in the end I got a new room even though I had to wait for it to be cleaned first, there were also used tissues from people who checked in before so I didn't want to use them, the room smelled musty as if there was no air freshener. My suggestion is, please keep it clean again
