The hotel is undergoing renovations and is not operating. Troublesome of customers coming from far away to stay. But sales are open and payment has been made.

Noise interruption, remote area

It can be said the worst hotel in JB. Please allow 30min for check-in. Click ok, wide but x maintain well. The refrigerator is dirty but dirty. The TV has 1 channel on the remote. During the daytime construction sounds, club plaques sounded nearby. In a blister the water is 1 barrel of smph but xde plastic. Towel is torn. Click the stagnant water. Mmg xkn stay at this hotel. Tq for bad service & worst accommodation.

The service was unsatisfactory, I complained about the problem of leakage on the hose in the toilet, was not responded to and not repaired, we finally used the finished glass.

The hotel is not clean, musty smell along the hallway to the room, a pile of rubbish placed in the hallway to the room so it looks dirty and smelly. Poorly-maintained rooms, bathrooms are slippery and mossy, toiletries are not available. TV channel is not there, the taste of breakfast cuisine is very biased and far from where to eat. not recommended!

Trashy hotel with a super dodgy basement parking. From what I've heard, many muggings have happened within the hotel premises.

The hotel is an old building the swimming pool is no longer active but the location is close to the Rainbow Plaza Mall in front of the hotel there is a simple place to eat. The breakfast is ok there is enough chicken porridge fried rice toast coffee juice tea etc.

The air conditioner not cold, the room is dirty
