The hotel was under renovation, so it was dirty, dusty, and messy. The bathroom smelled like sewers, the tap water leaked, and there were cockroaches. I looked in four rooms for a bathroom that didn't smell or was dirty. It turned out they were all the same. The towels were dirty, the mat was dirty (I asked for a new mat, but I was given another towel to use as a mat). When I turned on the sink water, I immediately smelled gasoline. There's a gas station right next door. I was worried the lines might mix. Breakfast was served with various types of tea. One was thick, the other wasn't. It's strange for guests. It's better not to sell it before renovations are complete, just badmouthing it. Even though the price is cheap, the bathroom doesn't smell like sewers, right? The smell is really strong.

The room is comfortable, but please improve the bathroom. Sometimes the shower is broken, and the water smells.

It's a comfortable place, but the AC didn't work when I was there. It wasn't a big deal, though, as the air was cool, so I slept soundly. The lobby was also undergoing renovations when I arrived, so hopefully it will be even better.

The service was poor, with many of the room's AC and water heater facilities broken. I booked two rooms with breakfast for four people, but only received two. I asked why the other two weren't included, and instead blamed Traveloka, even though it was clearly the hotel's fault. When I was about to check out, I was told to wait for the check-in process. Hotel management needs to be improved.

The bathroom needs to be fixed, the toilet is black. Tissues are also provided.

Like a hotel with disorganized management, the staff is also confused when serving. Bringing family and children to stay, so what can you do? The image and reality are different.

Dirty room, broken bedroom door, broken bathroom door, and in the middle of the night, I was disturbed by spirits, I only stayed there once and brought my wife and children, it's really bad, I'll regret it

Sorry for the honest review, but I hope there are improvements. I've been here several times and nothing has changed. The rooms are musty, stuffy, and the wallpaper is peeling. When I stayed in room 407, the water ran out. Moving to 412 was even worse. The tap water was murky, and the toilet lid was also off. I wouldn't shower here.

The facilities are a bit lacking, the swimming pool can't be used, the TV remote in the room doesn't work so the TV can't be used, the phone is dead, the bathroom door can't be closed, the water in the bathroom is stagnant, stayed for 2 days and only got mineral water on the first day, the bed sheets are rough, it's worth the price, the staff are friendly and quite nice

The door was broken, the bedroom sheets looked like they'd never been changed, and the bathroom faucet was broken.

It's a habit that every time I stay there's no shampoo soap, I have to ask for it and then call it and it comes, and the towels are dirty and wet like they've been used.

I booked 5 rooms for my relatives because there was an event nearby the next morning, the hotel staff was nice. There was no problem with the staff, but I think the hotel management should be aware, because the facilities were very bad.. The AC was dead in my room, the other 2 rooms had no water in the bathroom (only a few drops), I didn't even take a shower even though there was an event in the morning.. basically, no more..
