I appreciate the hotel staff who are indeed friendly, check in and check out were also no problem, but sorry to say the condition of the room where I stayed, the bathroom had a quite disturbing smell, there was no floor mat, and sorry I found a baby cockroach and 1 medium-sized cockroach on the floor of the room, the AC was cold, wifi, netflix account was ready, so there was no problem, the breakfast was delicious, the menu was also extensive, the last one was the distance from the airport hotel which was quite far, if you want to pick up and drop off you have to confirm a day before check in, finally took a taxi, Hopefully it can be better.

to make it more attractive....the interior decoration of the room and toilet can perhaps be renovated.

Compliment drop airport, take a room that is shooting room, it turns out the smoke smell is quite strong, but overall it's fun, you can wait for the shuttle bus to the airport at the swimming pool and order food. The food is delicious, the portions are large and the price is right.

The facilities are just ordinary, for that price it's not worth it, but the staff service is friendly, in the afternoon it was a bit noisy because the front and side rooms were being cleaned or repaired and the staff were noisy from 14.00-18.00

This is my second time staying here, and I want to give applause to the driver, pak Herry, who kindly picked us up from the airport though it's already outside his duty hour just because I couldn't find any number of this hotel before to request the pick up (the previous number didn't work) and only found the land number that I can't contact through my phone that has only wifi connection (I don't have local number) The room was nice, the staff was nice

friendly hotel staff, satisfying service. delicious food with many kinds and variations of menu. for the bathroom it would be better to write soap or shampoo so that it is easier to understand, the toilet shower was not working for a while thank God I used a connecting room so it could still be resolved. operator all good experience.
