good, quite enough for a family staycation

The staff who work at this hotel are very honest and very professional. I forgot my cellphone and it was returned intact without missing anything, thank you very much.

A hotel that has passed its prime. Now it seems to be only for transit under the auspices of the reddorz system. The front office is far from professional words. Only the roomboys are very polite. Suddenly in the parking lot a very old security guard appeared, maybe as old as the eruption of Mount Krakatoa who suddenly pulled up parking. I did book it for transit because I wanted to take a break from the traffic jam on the way down to Ciawi. If only the front office was more professional at first impression, this hotel would still be okay. As for the old security guard; He should have been preserved as a display in front of the gate.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, close to the Puncak highway, clean rooms but the place is quite old so it doesn't look clean, but in general it is recommended, ordering via the application is cheaper.

The AC is not cold, with the current hot weather. The water was turned off but fortunately the security guard was ready.

The sheets smell like cigarettes, the pillowcases smell musty, the towels have lots of yellow stains, the room smells of cigarettes, the toilet is clean than the room. The one who went to the room was really dirty, said thanks but ignored. Hufftt.

Friendly service, spacious parking everywhere near Jos La.

The room is quite spacious but unfortunately it is not provided with a toothbrush, only bath soap, no cloths available, the bed cover has blood stains that do not disappear, the mattress is annoying, noisy karaoke sound Good thing there is a fridge and a sofa so it's okay.

The place is clean, not bad for staying overnight but the distance to the top is still quite far, so far it's fine.

For its location on the edge of the peak highway but a bit into the palace lacking lighting also the hotel name signpost is also 1 only, for the price of 200 thousand it is reasonable around the peak, for facilities to be repaired again, the first room can be dull walls, dirty lots of dust, finally ask to move rooms uh it got it on the 3rd floor, the condition was the same as the condition of the room was poorly maintained, the sink didn't come out water, the tap was leaking, only got 2 bath soap without any brush & toothpaste, for the condition of the building it's really horror from the first stairs to the 3rd floor 😂 until my wife can't sleep until dawn, the condition of the air conditioner is also dirty, there is no remote anymore, the TV also doesn't have a remote where the picture is dirty anymore, especially when the karaoke is really fast until 3am seems like it just broke up, overall for that price is still affordable for those who vacation in the peak area, for the service is pretty good, not recommended for those who want to stay here but it's up to those of you who want to check-in here, for the experience of staying here it's already rich in fi lm horror is just lacking in lighting, poorly maintained conditions (maybe because of the corona effect) to not see the suspicious appearance here 😂 for the star rating according to the hotel class B1 😀
