There was a young staff member with curly hair whose attitude made me uncomfortable. When I asked for a glass for my room, he said he would bring it but he didn't bring it at all. Then, he was rude when I had already told another staff member to check out late, and a few moments later, my room door was opened without knocking. When I asked to move rooms because I was extending my stay, he said all the rooms were full even though it was check out time. Please pay attention to this attitude to make guests comfortable.

The service is OK, it's quite difficult to find food (first time here), I ordered a deluxe double room and got a twin bed 🥲 so I'm far away from my husband, the hotel is open 24 hours non-stop, there are lots of women *sorry, it's like a BO going back and forth, changing the men. For transit, I think it's okay with that price

The room was damp, a bit scary, there was no air circulation, stuffy, I was in the back room facing the garden, not this room. It really felt really uncomfortable because it was damp too, so it's a lesson that it's better to budget more for accommodation than cheap but uncomfortable, I had to check out in the morning at 7 because it was so uncomfortable. Sorry, hopefully in the future even though it's cheap, they still pay attention to the rooms, guests must be ensured to be comfortable and have good air circulation. The staff is friendly.

For that price, it's worth it... just check the plug cable, bro... in my room it almost came off... and why isn't the pillow case... there's a TV but there are no TV channels... you have to be ready to bring a USB or dongle if you want to stay overnight

I just want to say thank you to the staff who were very responsive in serving me, because I experienced a mystical/horror incident and got a corner room, then I asked to change rooms with conditions that matched the price of the room I booked and the staff immediately served me quickly, there was a water heater, there was a swimming pool, but the bathroom was a bit smelly because of the water pipe, even though I didn't use the AC, the room was still cold, thank you Rudian Hotel 🤗
