Everything was fine except the bathroom didn't have a shower door, so water splashed out, and there was no doormat. The bathroom door had a sticky mess that should have been cleaned, and the washing machine was dirty.

It's just about very nearby the hospital, the rest is nothing. So many hotels/apartments have a much better service, especially for the check-in and check-out timing.

The Superhero Room has a very great view because it's located on the top floor. It's surprisingly clean, despite a beehive on the balcony. They don't provide an in-room trash bin; you should take your trash directly outside the building.

The hospital is very close, making it convenient for Gleneagles treatment and close to a pharmacy. There's an extra charge for early check-in. Starbucks is currently undergoing renovations, so the dust can be a bit annoying if you're waiting in front of the building. The toilet bidet suddenly broke, causing water to spray out. The smell of garbage in the TV room persisted despite air fresheners. One of the staff at the front desk was unfriendly.

Still not enjoying the room because of the old furniture. Cleanliness could be improved, and the hallways are a bit creepy.

It was available before check-out, but if we didn't have time, they said they would refund it on our next trip. It's ridiculous. I won't be staying here again.
