Every time I visit Penang, I stay here because of its great location and strategic location. It's next door to Glenagles Hospital, and downstairs is a minimarket. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped.

The apartment is spacious, we took the studio family room, complete equipment includes air conditioning, television, washing machine, water kettle, etc. However, it is located far from culinary but close to the hospital.

to find food is a bit difficult because you have to grab again.. there is no food around, under the apartment but there is a supermarket, starbuck. next to gleneagles hospital

The bathroom smells, it's dark, the sheets aren't clean, the mattress is flat and uneven (curved in the middle) and you have to pay another RM60 for a 5-day stay, they said you had to pay tax and when you got home the sheets had a little stain, you had to pay RM50 😞, if you check out more than 1 minute, you also have to pay a fee

I stayed here for 4 nights. It's actually good to live here, because the area is close to the hospital we visited and there is also a pharmacy. It's also not far to the city center. I just wonder, why does the room's AC tend to face the bed, it should be on the side or not directly facing our face when sleeping. And I also asked to see another room, so the AC is directly in front of the face. So it's a bit uncomfortable to sleep. It also happened that the room I got had a rather low bed, so it wasn't comfortable for my mother who had just had surgery. Overall everything was good.

The mat was placed upside down, causing me to slip and fall, causing bleeding to my head (evidence is available from the hospital receipt and the location of the incident).
