Room is okay, no problem, service is also good.

The lobby is smelly and hot, as are the rooms which are smelly and not clean, the floor is slippery, the shower is broken and there is no water heater.

I stayed at Woodpecker Hotel for 2 nights. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed. The room itself was standard, but cleanliness could definitely be improved. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which made it quite noisy during the day. If you’re a night owl or need to sleep during the day, this might not be the best choice.

This is my second time staying at Woodpacker. So far, I like the access to the hotel. The atmosphere is cozy, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The room was clean and smelled good, but the pillowcase was torn and the bedcover was also torn. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the bidet was very loud. So far, it's still safe because it's close to a minimarket, so I can buy things I wouldn't find at the hotel.

Overall, it fits the budget. The only thing is the room is noisy from the AC and water heater. The towels aren't very clean.

A nice, strategically located hotel. Close to the city center. Plenty of diverse dining options. However, cleanliness seems to be lacking. The towels were worn out, moldy, and smelled musty. They looked like they hadn't been washed. Hopefully, the room cleanliness will improve.

Overall, staying at this hotel is quite comfortable. Advantages: - oldies vibe room decoration, comfortable - the room and hotel are clean. - there is a small balcony - the bathroom water pressure is quite high so that bathing is comfortable. - there is wifi and TV - around the hotel there are many people selling, there is also a pharmacy. - there are several electrical outlets so it is easy to charge your cellphone / others. Disadvantages: - there is no wardrobe in the room - the washbasin and faucet do not match so it is difficult to use. - there is no information on the size of the mattress on the purchase form, it turns out that the mattress is small 160 cm. - The elevator is old and rickety, I am worried if I have an accident using the elevator. - small car park, only enough for 6 cars, and that is outdoors. Large cars are also difficult to park. - no room cleaning service - the maid gave a dirty hot water kettle, there was still water in it, I don't know what kind of water and how long it had been in the kettle. - the door lock was broken so they gave me a manual key. So I had to go out and bring a card for the electric switch and a key for the door.

Service is okay. First got a room with a leaking toilet, but after reporting it immediately got a new replacement room.

It's not like before, it's not clean enough, soap, towels are also not clean enough, a bit musty, there's no toothpaste, no coffee and tea and there's also no electric kettle.

The smelly towels are either washed or just folded to wipe in front of the bathroom, the food around the hotel is delicious, cheap and crowded

Service is quite appropriate for the room price. For the interior, it might need some improvement in some spots such as the soap dish that came off. But overall OK for that room rate.

I don't feel like moving anywhere, it's so comfortable here.

I've stayed here several times, but I got a room with a less than cold AC. Please help.

Suitable for short term because it is located close to the child's college so you can walk without public transportation.

no soap, no toilet paper, order 2 rooms for 1 room is still dirty there is cigarette ash and there is hair on the floor and on the sheets ask to be cleaned and cleaned replace the sheets and dripping water from the shower. This is what makes us most uncomfortable, for areas outside the room such as the lobby, in front of the room, the smell of cooking from non-halal Minahasa restaurants.

Room 501. The door was already unlocked when I reached my room the first time. The glass door to the small balcony was unlockable. The bathroom stank of ammonia stench (urine stench). When I reported this to the front desk, no effort was made to fix the issue. I decided not to stay the night and found another hotel nearby.

Many of the floor layers are damaged, the sink is not properly installed

The room is okay for that price. But the environment is very noisy and disturbing. Especially on weekends. The floor of the room is dirty and dusty. The cleanliness can be improved
