I stayed at the Grand Hawaii Hotel expecting a comfortable experience, but there were several things I felt needed to improve:
Service – The service provided was quite average, with nothing that made the stay memorable.
Breakfast – The breakfast menu was also fairly standard, without any variety or outstanding flavors.
Room Amenities – Simple items like tea, coffee, and sugar were not provided in the room, which are usually standard hotel amenities and are available upon request.
Employee Ethics – Some employees displayed unprofessional behavior, especially during breakfast time. They took large portions of the same food provided for guests and ate in the guest area. Is this really the norm? Should there be a dedicated dining area for employees?
Hot Water – There was no water heater in the room.
Overall, I felt that my stay at the Grand Hawaii Hotel still needed improvement, especially in terms of service, employee professionalism, and more complete basic amenities. Thank you.
