Today I just got to stay here. The location is quite strategic for those who want to do activities around Jalan Urip Sumoharjo, Pioneer of Independence and Antang. The location is spacious and instagrammable... Clean and okay. The service is also okay. Complete facilities from the swimming pool, spacious parking, children's playground, massage chairs, spa, and quite varied breakfast variants (from fried rice, chicken porridge, various cakes/breads, salads, puddings, fruits, etc.). What was less than perfect when trying the yellow rice was that there were still grains of rice that had not been cooked thoroughly, there needs to be someone to re-ensure the quality of the cooking. In terms of taste, everything on the menu still needs to be topped up again, if it's already delicious now, it will be even better hehe... There is a charge of 90 thousand per person for additional adult children if they have breakfast. This hotel is very suitable for family vacations, just go around here. Suggestions should be that the air freshener can be standardized like in Maxone Jakarta, it has a distinctive aroma that differentiates it from other hotels. With a room price of around 700 thousand, the overall service and facilities are excellent, highly recommended.

Child-friendly hotel, playground available, clean, varied restaurant menu, spacious green yard. The room towels need to be replaced; they are thin, torn, and stained.

I brought my kids here for a vacation. My kids loved the many kid-friendly attractions. It made my vacation so much happier.

Hotel with the most beautiful and comfortable environment for children

Perfect for a family vacation. Ample parking. Large play area. Absolutely the best.

The waiting room and facilities are spacious, comfortable, and varied, but the cramped room, priced at almost a million, is a bit pricey, not to mention the itchy mattress, the corridor on the first floor has a short roof. This hotel is more suitable for family time because the facilities are worth it, but for travel, I think there are still many other hotels with a comparable price that are more spacious. And the breakfast is not very tasty and lacks variety.

This is my fourth time staying at Maxone Hotel.. I expected the same in terms of food, room comfort, room service response... but unfortunately this is the fourth time I am very disappointed.. in the room, especially in the bathroom... the telephone is dead, I have requested it but it is very slow.. the towel that I haven't received even though I have been waiting for the room for almost two hours... what makes me most uninterested in coming back is the toilet that is NOT conducive, now they say it is not provided even though it should still be there considering our culture is not in a country that uses active wet wipes... So I am very disappointed because this is actually my third suggestion... hopefully in the future they can provide it... a shower to rinse off.. thank you

I have often stayed overnight at Maxone, I like the indoor cafe, I like the spacious parking lot, the rooms are clean, not noisy, and there are separate swimming pools for children and adults, there is also a fitness center.

parking staff were unfriendly, mistaking another vehicle similar to ours so we were stuck for about 20 minutes verifying at the counter as if we stole a car. we asked to clarify the vehicle plate from what the staff said was evidence, but they ignored it and insisted that it was our vehicle, besides if we really came out the ticket should have been with you guys, right? we submitted a complaint, we were cornered with "not respecting mutual security" and there was no positive feedback regarding complaints and suggestions. we deeply regret the unprofessional incident.

you can smell paint from the hall and the room, the 1st room is small, there's no wardrobe, or even a mini fridge. i upgraded to a larger room the next night, the 2nd room preety spacious. the breakfast is bad, 1st day i tried the sausage, it's the cheapest sausage you can find in a traditional market. there's no creamer for the coffee. the buffet are standard in terms of varieties and taste. 2nd day i tried the pasta. there's no taste on it. i tried sop konro for in room dining, it is quite good and have big portion.

Suitable for bringing children. The hotel is spacious, comfortable, the food is delicious.

Strategic location, only 1 hotel staff is not friendly. The room at that price is quite small compared to other hotels.
