The hotel is easily accessible to Indomaret.

Hopefully it will be better, more attention will be paid to cleanliness.

The receptionist is really not okay, the bathroom light can't be turned on, the staff is really fussy. Really don't recommend guys, don't stay here.

Not bad for that price, but if it's noisy at night, don't know what they're doing outside. Please prioritize the cleanliness of the room and environment. Not AC but get a fan in the form of AC.

For the location is actually strategic because it is in front of UPN, unfortunately for the cleanliness of the room is lacking. It seems like the sheets were not changed and there were bugs (I didn't have time to take a photo). Anyway, the difference between the photo and reality is very big. The point is, don't expect too much with that price.

According to the price. Because it's cheap, maybe that's why the room's cleanliness is not maintained. None of the staff are friendly.

Please clean the bathrooms regularly. Location is 10/10 but the cleanliness is not there at all for the bathroom.

Bedding equipment is not clean. There are hairs and stains. If it is replaced with white it will definitely be better. And of course more people will stop by. In the morning the water died. The bathroom lock was broken and opened, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Staying 2 nights via the app can be priced under 150k. Placed on the floor. 2 rooms 18. The AC is cold because it is set to full and shines directly on the body. The mattress is quite clean, you can get blankets and towels without soap. The bathroom is quite dirty, the shower is broken, the flush is broken, the hot water is broken. There was only a big bucket and an old scoop. In the room there is a wardrobe with 2 clothes hangers, there is a dressing table and a TV stand (didn't have time to turn on the TV). Luckily the location is quite strategic because right in front of UPN Surabaya so it's close to food stalls, cafes and right in front of the homestay there are delicious legendary dumplings (14k per portion), catfish pecel and fruit juicers (15k mix jumbo portion).

The room TV couldn't be used, the bathroom door was broken, the mattress was also hard. It's true that the price is cheap at that price and the facilities you get don't feel right because in other lodgings the prices are just as cheap but the facilities are still worth it.
