All good, recommended. Friendly staff.

The staff have sour faces and rarely smile. The staff are also not at all helpful when solving problems. It seems more like they are trying to chase you away from the way the staff talk.

The location is really good, close to restaurants, so lunch and dinner are not a hassle, if you want to go a little further you can go to PIM

What I really like most is the friendliness of the staff here. They were also very helpful with room requests.

I stayed for 2 nights, the first night I was given a connecting room with the next room occupied. It was really noisy. The next day I complained and was given a better room. Then on the 3rd day I extended my stay for one night and moved to a family room. The bathroom in the main room was dirty as if it hadn't been maintained for a long time, the water heater didn't work. The carpet in the main room was very dusty, there was a lot of white dust in the corners of the wall next to the closet. The telephone in the main room didn't work. It seemed like the room hadn't been maintained for a long time because the ceiling was black and damaged. Oh yeah, there was one female staff member at the reception who was less than friendly when I asked to move rooms.

really good for people business, like we're, so can have meetings in the room, because they business suite have own living room, so make it simple can have 5 meeting in a day without have to go out n get traffic

Everything worked well, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Food: I was lucky to get a free dinner during my stay, and it exceeded expectations! The buffet had a wide variety of tasty dishes, and everything was fresh and flavorful. A great bonus was getting to enjoy it while watching a live performance by J-Rocks, which made the evening unforgettable. Staff Assistance: The staff were polite, attentive, and quick to assist with anything I needed. They were well-organized during the dinner event and made sure all guests were comfortable. Highlights: The free dinner and live J-Rocks performance were the absolute highlights of my stay. It felt like more than just a hotel — it was an experience. Price: Definitely worth the price, especially considering the complimentary dinner and entertainment. Location: Conveniently located with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and transport options. Great for both leisure and business stays.

The room is spacious and clean, the food is varied and delicious, when staying at the same time as the J-Rocks event, you get free dinner and free entry (you buy your own wine when watching J-Rocks) the staff and bartender are friendly! Really had a great time staying there! thank you

It's great, actually it's just standard, not really anything wow, but it's okay.

The breakfast buffet was so good, sufficient variety.

Room is clean, nice view from hotel room, but aircond is outdated and the room floor got very wet (humid) when we left for 3-4 hours with aircond off. Breakfast was good.
