Excellent, friendly and great service

The bathroom smells, you should use air freshener or camphor to reduce the smell. The dirty bed should be cleaned by sweeping/mopping, and the bedcover should smell nice after cleaning for customer comfort. Also, when I was going down the stairs, a large rat passed by. If the outside area had been cleaned, there wouldn't be any rats, especially large rats. The stairwell area from bottom to top has minimal lighting, making it feel dark and scary. Whether it's a cheap or expensive room, it should be made comfortable for customers and cleaned as well.
