Shower airnya rusak, pesen yang ada jendelanya, tp malah dapet di pojokan lantai 2 teruss gak ada jendela, hotelnya jorok banyak kotoran burung, sumpah gak lagi deh nginep di sini.

The mattress is small .... Twin bed ... Just 1 meter wide ... The shower is for a hobbit ... Short :(

I am very dissatisfied with the service. I have booked through the deluxe room and superior room applications. I already printed my invoice room voucher but when I checked-in the receptionist said that the deluxe room was sold out. How can? Even though I have booked, already paid for, the hotel voucher has been printed. And the deluxe room photo doesn't match. The receptionist was not very responsible for the room I ordered and only said that he sold out arbitrarily replacing the room even though it was clear.

AC is not cold the beds are not single beds for deluxe rooms.

Just not recommended to spend your time in this hotel if you want a better budget hotel. Fortunately I just sleep here for 1 day. The room was damp if the air conditioner didn't work well.

Strategic location in the middle of Denpasar city so you can walk to entertainment centers. unfortunately the parking lot is narrow. the room is clean, but there's no elevator so I'm tired of carrying luggage to the 3rd floor via the stairs. the bathroom is clean but there are no toiletries. the staff are friendly enough.
