It's literally in the middle of Chinatown, so we can low-key stroll around there.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Joy! I will definitely choose this hostel again in the future. Tips: This hostel does NOT have 24-hour check-in service. Make sure you check in before 7 PM.

The staff were very friendly, the instructions are crystal clear if you check in late, but the locker has no padlock, you need to rent from them or bring your own padlock. The toiletries are not provided, bring your own including your own towels. I have been to different hostels and this is new to me for toiletries and towels. Last but not least, it was a good place just to sleep and explore Singapore, but remember to bring your own lock to lock the locker.

Good location. If you are out the whole day, just sleep in the evening.

Nothing special, the top bunk has no curtain or cover, privacy is not maintained. The rest is quite good, no deposit, location is close to exit A of Chinatown station.

Receptionist cheerful, attentive, clean and tidy room ok

The aircon was directed to me, told the owner and staff, they said cannot move it. Asked for transfer also cannot. Bed had bed bugs. Had insect bites. But they replaced the sheets after I reported it. Location was great cleanliness will give it 3/5 my bed was right beside an electrical box not sure if the box is still active, yet the staff did not do anything.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Close to MRT and shopping centers.

The receptionist was friendly and communicative, when checking in was easy, there was no deposit, but when I checked out at 08.45 in the morning it turned out that the receptionist had not come. Rent a towel at SGD 2, the location is easy to find and right at the MRT Chinatown exit Pagoda Street exit. There are lots of places to eat around the hostel. The AC doesn't work 24 hours but it will be turned on at night and the hours are erratic, don't expect a lot of AC to be turned on during the day.

After 10 am, the air conditioner is turned off and the fan is turned on. So that it feels hot and catches a cold when in the kamat room.

Love the location the most. Cici, Aunty and Koko are super friendly. I am working in a 5; Star international hotel in Bali, so they do. This budget hostel but the attitude of Cici Aunty Koko there is like a 5 star attitude. Super friendly. Thank you for being kind to all people Cici, Koko. The room is ok for a budget room. What do you expect. Beside, if you come to Singapore for holiday, I don't think you would stay a whole entire day in bed, would you. Explore the city. It is magnificent. Royal lodge is easy to go anywhere you go. Location is among the places to see in Singapore.

The school is enough to live in a short distance. My favorite is next to MRT Chinatown, Exit A, near Chinatown Point, Chinatown Complex, Maxwell, lots of food.
