The hotel is strategically located and close to the city center.

The hotel's location is very strategic, right in the heart of Padang city. The hotel staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, the AC is cold, there are gallons of drinking water on each floor. What is lacking is the very limited parking area.

I chose the Ion Padang Hotel because it is close to the airport, the hotel is clean and the price is standard, not too expensive.

The staff didn't tell us from the start that we had to use marriage documents so we had to book 2 rooms and it couldn't be cancelled. Snacks in the room were paid even though they should be free everywhere else, but it turned out that it was really expensive to pay and there were no tissues in the room either. Once is enough here.
