The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in providing accurate information.

The table with the telephone wasn't strong enough to stick it so it would fall easily, I helped him with a chair. So I want to charge my cellphone, I'm afraid it will fall again. Sigh. And also the ACC is not cold at all. Sleep hot. Not very comfortable. There is no soundproofing so sleeping in the next room is also noisy with repairs.

When I wanted to take a shower, it turned out that towels were not yet available. Call the receptionist, it took 20 minutes for the mattress to be available. Bad experience.

The mattress is flat/broken. There are tall animals/bed bugs.

Clean rooms, friendly service near the train station in the middle of Brebes city, so you don't need to go to Tegal.

Entering room 204 for the price of 330 in my opinion, I've been to the hotel several times, it's not ok. It's like an old room, the air conditioner is not cold, the wardrobe is really old, the TV channels are bures, the shower is really small, it's been fixed, it's still small, finally asking for a bucket and a dipper, already given the water, the water is salty, and also black sand 😑. It's a really bad stay. Of the many shortcomings that are ok, only the employees are friendly.

I am sorry that I have to said this hotel is so bad. I have requested to have my breakfast at 6.30 am because I need to leave on 7. The staff say yes and they will send it to our room. Until 6.45 no breakfast send to my friend and my room. No clear explanation. The closet is poor, it can't be flushed so I had to wait for being repaired. When I came back to the hotel, my toilet floor was so dirty because of the shoe steps. I didn't get the full amenities, such as slippers (I have told the receptionist). The wifi was poor. My last night, the AC cannot work due to technical issue.

There are lots of mosquitoes, the ac is hot and uncomfortable. It's expensive.

Ac nya kurang dingin. Dengan harga segitu harusnya ad waterheater nya yaa. Kamarnya nyaman lengkap ad tea coffee nya. Pelayanan ramah. Dalam kamar ada nyamuk n lalat jadi tidur pake selimut acnya gak dingin jadi gembroboys keringet 😭

The hotel is nice and comfortable, complete facilities, and friendly.
