We stayed at Sendang Sari Batang at the end of our trip around Central Java before continuing to our final destination. We considered trying another hotel, but didn't want to take any risks. We decided to stay here. This is our second stay here. The location is in the center of Batang, walking distance to the town square and the busy center. Check-in was easy and didn't take long, as we had contacted them via WhatsApp beforehand and received a fairly good response. Upon check-in, we were asked to leave our ID cards and a IDR 100,000 deposit. We booked two deluxe rooms and were escorted by the staff. They were very friendly. The deluxe rooms have access to parking in front of the rooms and a spacious terrace. The standard rooms are not particularly spacious with an old interior, but they are still quite clean. They have twin beds, a bedside table, and cool air conditioning, which is enough to ward off the extreme heat in Batang. Facilities include a TV with plenty of international channels, two bottles of Cleo, a 2-in-1 soap dispenser, a toothbrush, and a telephone. For me, as a transit person, this was sufficient. There's a really big swimming pool, and it looks like this is a water park often visited by locals. Thank you, Sendang Sari. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit to Batang. I've been here several times when I've been to Tegal because it's family-friendly, and the kids love the indoor pool. The location is easy to reach, close to the town square. If possible, share accommodation vouchers with customers more often so they'll come back often.

Overall very good, the downside is that bringing a 7 year old child for breakfast costs 40k

Friendly and good, but yesterday I accidentally splashed water on my hair with water. I want to borrow/rent a hairdryer, but it's not available yet😭

Overall, it was good. The hot water was very satisfactory, so you could clean up comfortably when you got home late at night after an event. This room is located on the second floor without an elevator. Those bringing elderly people might have difficulty navigating the stairs.

The room is rotten, dirty and many mosquitos both in bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom door cannot be closed. We couln't sleep well since mosquito's disturbing. I tried to ask the man to spray anti misqutos unfortunately seemed not to work well. Poor of electricity stecker only one beside wash tafel. No electricity kettle. The room of 201 is far away from the front desk. I guess this is melati hotel, not the starts one. I wonderbit becomes the preferred partner of Traveloka. Sorry to say that.

I really like staying here, it's close to the toll road, it's very good for transit, there's a children's pool and slide, the children really like it, the position of the room can directly park the car in front so you don't have to go far if you want to get things, even though you can hear the sound of the train passing by, but because you're tired, it doesn't matter.

I booked a deluxe room and stayed 3 nights at SS. Everything was okay. The only minus is 1, there are often trains passing by. So the sound is a bit disturbing. Understandably near the train tracks. But it doesn't interfere with comfort. Great legendary hotel. 👍👍👍
