If possible, the price could be reduced a little because it's too expensive

We were worried because just minutes before checking in, we found some unsavory reviews on Gm*ps. However, they were not true at all. My sisters had a blast here during our 3d2n staycation. The room is clean, air conditioning was great, lighting was marvelous (we got the best area, loved the golden hour selfies we took here). My only regret is that we didn't know that we needed to contact the hotel to get the room with direct access to the pool. We got the same room type, just on the 3rd floor.

Have cigarette smell even say all rooms are non-smoking. The breakfast variety is so minimum, not recommended. But the AC is cool and the water heater is great.

The AC is not cold, the room is small, towels and toothbrushes are not available, you have to ask for them. Breakfast has no taste.

When I first arrived, I asked for a change of bed sheet and it was very good that it was changed and cleaned immediately. The staff were also friendly at night and in the morning. The security was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The staff at the restaurant were friendly. Thank you.

Kondisi ketika masuk ke dalam kamar sesuai dengan foto yang difoto, ditambah shower sudah mau copot (bahkan copot ketika mau check-out) dan water heater tidak berfungsi optimal.

Tempatnya strategis, dari mulai secuity, receptionist hingga staff semuanya ramah, layanan check in juga cepat, untuk kamar sendiri sangat nyaman, AC sangat dingin, kasurnya empuk, air shower juga deras, namun untuk water heaternya kadang-kadang berfungsi. Mungkin yang bisa dibenahi untuk parkirannya. But overall is good and it can be recommendation for staycation or transit
