Close to Cimory, within walking distance. I got a room with a weak AC, and the staff granted my request to move rooms, and the response was quick and free. Breakfast was decent, delivered to my room.

A highly recommended hotel, located in the city center, on the main road, close to everything, and you can get a room with a pool. The only downside is that the TV sometimes has no sound. But otherwise, it's great.

The hotel staff are very friendly, starting from the receptionist, security, restaurant staff, cleaning service, the location is close to the main road but not noisy, the room is comfortable with a soft mattress, the water heater is working, the swimming pool is clean because when I went there it was just being rinsed off, the food is delicious and the price is affordable, especially the crispy chicken pecel is very delicious, breakfast is also delivered so just sit back, you can walk to Cimory because it is very close, I managed to get a room with an AC that wasn't cold but was immediately moved to another room, by the way I ordered a superior one in front of the pool

If the thermos is dirty, you have to replace it with a new one, and if it's damaged, it can't be used.

It's quite good for a cheap 3 star hotel because the process is fast and the rooms are clean.

The service is super friendly, the breakfast is also delicious. The kids really like the fish pond.

There are some channels on the TV that have no sound, for the standard room type, I don't know if it's my room or because this type of AC is not cold. The view is quite good, the parking lot is spacious, the hotel area is neat and the staff are friendly. Thank you for the free breakfast 🙏🏻

Overall quite good and strategic, clean, friendly staff. As input only 1). If possible, every guest who will check in is given a user name and wifi pass in the form of a piece of paper before being escorted to the room or placed in each room, because wifi is one of the benefits. 2). The TV sound on some channels is quiet, and some have no signal. 3). With a price of 300, the TV should have been android or installed with Netflix.

My first experience staying at the Gerbera Hotel, the location is quite strategic, the service is friendly, the room is clean, I got a room with access to the swimming pool, great.

The place is nice and comfortable, especially if you bring a kid, you can watch fish and birds quietly. For the food, there is a free breakfast promo but the fried rice is too salty 🙏 Overall, everything is okay
