Comfortable, no noise from vehicle sounds

I've stayed here many times, everything is ok, the only downside is that they don't provide tissues in the room so you have to provide your own, but there are some in the bathroom... and yesterday I stayed on New Year's, maybe the guy forgot to put a bathroom mat so you have to ask for it 🙂 The breakfast is standard fried rice + chicken + egg hehee, no cakes like before... I often choose this hotel because there are lots of snacks around so it's impossible to be hungry at night hehe

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Food is affordable; I even asked for help cooking noodles for free. Ice is also free. It's very close to Cimory.

The hotel is very clean & tidy rooms (the cleaning staff are friendly and the rooms are always clean: mattresses, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, toilet cleanliness are all ok, everything is ok, cleanliness is champion) all hotel staff are also friendly. The hotel is nice according to the picture on traveloka. Happy to be able to stay at the garbera hotel for 4 days 3 nights. The food is also delicious and the price is not too expensive. The hotel room and bathroom were quite good, the room wasn't scary, but the view from my room wasn't very nice, but the small road leading to the hotel was a bit damaged to the point where my car tire burst because it got stuck, for hotels, pay more attention to the roads in and out of the hotel.

The location is strategically close to Cimory Dairyland, in front of the hotel there is a minimarket (very convenient if you want to buy something), many food sellers too, good road access. However, the hotel room lights are a bit dark (not bright enough) so it feels dark, there is no doormat, and the electric kettle is dusty. Breakfast is delicious especially the fried rice is really delicious. The staff are very friendly.

This was my first time staying here. I think the service was okay, the staff was friendly, the standard room was just enough for my husband and I, not too big and not too small, the room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. My suggestion for the AC is that it needs maintenance because it turns off every 20 minutes. I've changed the timer and it still turns off and isn't cold enough. They could also replace the hot water thermos with an electric one so that when I need to make hot water, I don't have to go outside. If I have time for another vacation, the Gerbera Hotel will probably be one of my choices 😊

Just a suggestion for the hotel: upon check-in, it's best not to retain guests' original ID cards. A photocopy of the original is sufficient; it doesn't need to be retained as a deposit. The deposit is requested in cash, not the original ID. That's all there is to it. Thank you.

The food is good but it takes a while if we order. We got a room in front of the pool. The kids are happy because they can play in the pool.

For a standard room, it's fine. The only problem is that the toilet is difficult to flush, having to flush it several times, and it takes time for the dirt to disappear.

Try the rib soup, it's really delicious👌🏻

The hotel is close to the road, and there are many food stalls in front of the hotel, so you don't have to worry about getting hungry. The hotel is clean, but it's a shame there's no water heater.
