The room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a truly restful stay. The direct access to Sunway Pyramid Mall is unbeatable, making shopping, dining, and entertainment effortlessly convenient. What truly stood out was the exceptional service: the staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure a perfect experience. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel stays we’ve had—highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!

The location of the Hotel is 2nd best, just beside the Sunway Pyramid Hotel and Sunway Lagoon theme park (the first is Sunway Resort). The room is good, not too big and not too small. It is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very Disappointing Last Minute Hotel Change I booked Sunway Pyramid Hotel (Theme Park View) on 24/11/2025 for 31/12/2025–1/1/2026, with free cancellation until 30/12/2025. The main reason for this booking was for my children to watch the New Year fireworks from the room. I was travelling with my kids and had requested connecting rooms. However, at 10:00am on the day of check-in, I received an email from Traveloka informing me that my booking was changed to Sunway Lagoon Hotel due to “unforeseen circumstances.” This was extremely frustrating, especially since the booking was made more than a month in advance and for a special occasion. Upon check-in, connecting rooms were not available. Although we were given park-view rooms, the location was much farther compared to Sunway Pyramid Hotel, and it did not match the experience we originally booked and paid for. Calling the hotel took about 15 minutes before someone answered. I would like to commend Ain for being very helpful and clear in explaining the situation, and Ravi for being warm and attentive. However, the front desk staff could be more welcoming and empathetic. Overall, the last minute hotel change and poor coordination significantly affected our New Year stay and family experience

The hotel is very good for family recreation

Turin Hotel is right inside the mall. Comfortable room. Soft mattress. Clean toilet. Clean carpet. Breakfast is a little far away in the building next door, but I was satisfied because the food was so varied.

Good location

I like staying at Sunway Piramid Hotel because it has direct access to Sunway Piramid Mall and has many facilities… The breakfast food is also delicious and varied… I will come back to stay here again if I come to KL.

Near to shopping center, medical center, recreation area.

Strategic location, just 8 minutes from Sunway KL Hospital. It's connected to the large, complete, and luxurious Sunway Pyramid Mall; it offers a wide variety of food. The room size is also good and appropriate. Check-in and check-out are also easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended to stay!!! Will stay here again.

everyone was friendly and accomodating. I'm just not sure if I had the bad luck or what, but we got the room with view of the inner hotel...it was a bit gloomy and well...to be fair it's facing tbe inside so can't be helped. As I see it, other rooms might be similar too. Also not as big as the photos in traveloka suggested...i just wish we know the room have this variety so that I wouldn't be so disappointed when me and my family arrived there. Or maybe even book another place or room variety. I was the one who booked the hotel and I had been telling my family it would be a great stay and great view (photos in traveloka backed this) and well... Anyway, maybe just include the room variety without the outdoor resort view too as part of your booking listing so if anyone else get it they won't have their expectations dashed like mine was. I'm so sorry to say but I was so glad I only stayed one night here. no complaints about others though. they are all great.
