Great hotel, great location, near to Sunway access, Sunmed, Pyramid Mall, etc.

Had a good stay throughout almost my two weeks trip in Kuala Lumpur. Really loved it as it's very easy to access to the shopping mall, which makes it very convenient.

The hotel was decent overall, but I personally feel the price was a little high for what was offered. The room was quite small and the view was fairly average. Breakfast was provided at Resort World Hotel, so we had to walk a bit from the hotel. Parking was also chargeable. Still okay for a short stay, but there may be better value options available at a similar price.

Fun.. Clean rooms, close to the mall, all the staff are helpful. Very, very attitude 👍. The kids played at Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, just walking from the resort restaurant. All access is very easy. Recommended for those who want a family vacation with children.. 👍😍

Very amazing and comfortable, especially the cleanliness of the room.

Just next to the surf beach entrance, so it's super convenient if heading to the lagoon. Bear in mind though, the surf beach entrance is closed after 6 PM, so when you exit the park from the main entrance, it is about 1 km away. Rooms are huge and comfortable. The only thing I would like them to provide are laundry bags! These are important for water parks. Otherwise, a comfortable and lovely stay. Check-in and check-out were fantastic.

Staff was very friendly, however the buffet breakfast area is pretty far - at the resort next building.

Had Room 9116 which was awkward. The door only opens halfway before coming into contact with a huge pillar. The bedside table placed in front of the wardrobe meant I could not access the room safe with ease. The glass water bottle had faulty caps and I had to call housekeeping to deliver new ones. Checking in and out was smooth but reception staff was grouchy. Overall, this wasn't the best stay.

Sunway Pyramid Hotel has all friendly staff that will approach you when queuing at the counter. They will ask what they can help with, appreciate that, but probably could fasten the check-in process? A bit too long for the waiting time during the check-in process. And the door to the room is a bit stuck, probably needs maintenance/check for all the doors. And also hope to see an upgrade probably on the bathroom on the next visit. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and big. For breakfast, there are a variety of food options available and the tastes are great.

It's very easy and flexible to stay here, there's an access to a mall and can walk around Sunway through the canopy, and it's close to everything. The hotel is also very clean and comfortable. I would come and stay here again for my future trip here.

Nice hotel and it is very convenient since the huge Pyramid shopping center is just beside the hotel.

Was very comfortable, direct access to the mall, though for breakfast you have to go to Sunway Resort hotel which is in the next building.

The hotel is clean, but the king deluxe is small, even smaller than my master bedroom (4R HDB).
