When I saw it on Traveloka, it looked okay. The biggest mistake was not reading the Google reviews. We booked 2 rooms, room 101 and 110. Both smelled, smelled damp, smelled of never being aired, smelled uncomfortable. Room 101 The sink had no drain pipe, was a bit smelly, the ceramic floor was cracked and noisy when stepped on. Room 110 was spacious, the AC was satisfactory, but the toilet seat was dirty, the toilet spray didn't work, the room smelled, the sheets were stained, the ceramic floor was also cracked when stepped on, making a fairly loud noise. The electrical sockets were wobbly. I forgot to take a photo of the sheets. The price of 250 without breakfast is very overpriced.

While the location is strategic, the hotel itself is REALLY bad because it really fell off from my expectation. The images from this hotel does not reflect its real condition. The front sign is just HOTEL instead of DAMARA HOTEL now, I had trouble finding this place. While I can tolerate that, I can't seem to forgive that the bedroom's condition is REALLY awful. The tiles in the room are cracked, and some can actually get off the floor. This is really uncomfortable to walk on. Also, you'll find the atmosphere of the corridor really nasty. There are stains on the floor, wall, and everything just looks like a scene from a gore movie: disgusting. I know the price is not that expensive, and most cases are that prices reflects quality, but why do you gotta scam people by using photos that are not the same as the situation??? I understand if the quality is bad because of its price, but lying to your customers is not tolerable. I'm sorry, I can't get a single picture because I was too thrown off by such condition. How can something so bad be called a HOTEL???

Not according to the photo. The floor is peeling, feet can bleed. There is no hot water. There is only one towel, if you want another towel and toiletries you have to ask first. The TV cannot be used, the remote is broken. The kettle is dirty and not cleaned. The sheets and bed cover are dusty. The lights are not bright enough. One of the night lights is off. The curtains don't seem to have been washed because they are dusty.

Renovate the room, it's really scary to see the ceramics destroyed like that. Please replace the bed cover and the sheets. There are many stains that make it ticklish to sleep.

Don't be fooled into checking in here, it's much more like a gas station prayer room, it's not even worth calling it a 1 star, it's more like a warehouse, the hotel atmosphere looks like it hasn't been operating for decades

One of the worst hotels in my opinion, the ceramic floor is cracked, the sink has no drain hose, the sheets smell bad, you have to ask for the Aminty Kid before they give it, the AC doesn't have a swing mode feature because it's full of holes, the wifi is useless, please renovate it immediately.
