This was my first time staying here and I immediately booked three rooms for friends and family. The hotel is comfortable, pleasant, and kid-friendly. The rooms are great, and well worth the price. 🤩

Very strategic location close to CPI

Actually, I was fooled by the promos on the app that this 5-star hotel had Smart TV, which as far as I knew the word "Smart TV" would definitely have Netflix etc. But it turned out to be a complete dud because when I entered the room, let alone Netflix, the TV remote didn't even look like it was a 5-star hotel (many of the letters and numbers on the remote were missing), the battery cover couldn't be closed properly. What was worse was that there was no parking for motorbikes. We were directed to the mall's motorbike parking which was quite far from the hotel lobby. There are so many inputs for The Rinra. Hopefully the criticisms given can be a motivation for the hotel to be worthy of being called a 5-STAR hotel!

The location is great, close to the beach, so you can enjoy the natural beauty. The hotel is clean and the service is friendly. There's an infinity pool.

Minibar does not provide tea & coffee.

The room smells like someone's body odor. I've sprayed it, but it still stinks.

Overall, it was good, but the bathroom needed some improvement because water leaked out from the gaps in the door connecting the bathroom to the bedroom, and it was cold. The AC wasn't working optimally when the sun was already up around 7 o'clock. It might also be because the room I was in had glass that let in direct sunlight, so the heat was noticeable, and the AC wasn't working optimally.

All the staff were friendly, especially the morning receptionist, who was very helpful. Thank you to the restaurant staff for their birthday surprise for my mother-in-law.

The facilities are okay, the food is okay.

The hotel is comfortable, close to Losari Beach, and close to the mall. It's simply top-notch.

The food was undoubtedly delicious, but the room's AC wasn't very cold even though it was already 18 degrees Celsius. The refrigerator wasn't cold from the moment we entered the room—even until we checked out, even though the refrigerator was replaced, it still wasn't cold. 😩. There were also mosquitoes in the room, even though this is an expensive hotel.

Direct access to the mall, it's great if you want to stay here on holiday.

Check-in was fast, staff was friendly, food was varied, and the room had the best view. This hotel is highly recommended.
