This hotel has a rural atmosphere. The villas are designed like a Balinese house in the countryside, with footpaths, and there are also fields and farm animals, which we can explore while staying. Upon arrival we were greeted with a Balinese welcoming ceremony, the welcome drink was also delicious and fresh. Reception staff are friendly and the check-in process is quite fast. At the time of check-in we were escorted by buggy while being invited around and while explaining the facilities contained here. Our room was quite spacious with a balcony, the mattress was very comfortable. It's just that we get connecting rooms so the neighboring room activities are not soundproof. When we just entered our room for about an hour, there was an error from the employee who wrongly brought the guest into our room. The door to our room can be opened, whether it's the master key or not. Our assumption may be that there is a lack of communication at reception. But it seems like it's very fatal because it disturbs our privacy. Hopefully in the future there will be no more mistakes like this. For breakfast, the menu is quite varied, unfortunately no rice is provided. Carbohydrates are available potatoes, kwetiaw, and chicken porridge. For taste, according to our standards, for the chicken porridge is delicious. Overall the experience of staying at Visesa Village is very pleasant and provides a new experience. Whether it's a couple or family guest, we think we can enjoy in the Village of Visesa.

First time staying here was very satisfied. First come welcome with a good and unique welcome. memorable with the check-in process. then to the room, service and explanation from the staff is very good. In the room facilities, cleanliness, room location and balcony views were very good and very out of expectations, then followed the resort tour, the explanation and service was very good. Then proceed with swimming in the public pool is very good. cleanliness, service, bathrooms are all clean. then we take a bath in the room, all facilities are functioning well. Access outside the resort was very good, we were fully assisted. The next day we had breakfast with average service and good food, only according to the wife for the vegetables in the soup were too over-cocked, but the average breakfast food was all delicious. After breakfast there are cows that plow the fields and ducks roam the rice fields, we especially my children are very happy. And waiting for check-out time is very pleasant. Our children love to swim and soak in the room. One thing that I really regret is that I only have 1 night to stay, because staying here is very, very, very pleasant. Thank you for the service from all staff. You give good things.

A pretty quiet place to stay, very close to nature, can picnic rice fields, parks, plantations all in one place. The hotel facilities are quite good. Wi-fi is fast. Smart TV. Nothing disappoints. They provide a Balinese welcome ceremony, a fitness center, a buggy car for the hotel area as well as a free shuttle to the Ubud market. Breakfast is also many variants.

First of all, I would like to thank you for the hospitality and good service from the Visesa resort staff. The only drawback is that the bathtub is exaktly dirty, due to the tap water channel which emits black sand. Only from the duty manager Visesa gave advice to move to their sky villa and it was prepared, only the time was too late at 10, I felt uncomfortable if I had to move to villa at that time, because my condition was tired and also too dark to be able to enjoy the villa. So I refused to move, but the duty manager said I could just sleep there, or free breakfast or late check-out. I refused to spend the night in the villa, I chose late check-out until the hour. 2. the rest I am very comfortable in the visesa. The rooms are all very clean.

I don't really like the staff or management, I often go to the villa. Now this is a breakfast problem, I'm already directly with the free breakfast, but I want to eat in my room. The staff can have breakfast in the room but get charged. But I paid a total of paying breakfast with a menu price of 600 thousand. Did you charge it or not? Slow service. I am disappointed that I am disappointed to stay here. Nginep villa is just this bad area of Ubud management or staff I don't know about.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are several rooms that are unique in shape, the service is very good and the employees are friendly. The view is beautiful.
