The very good hotel in the center of Bukit Bintang region. Polite staff. Reasonable price, especially in this high class BCD. Close to Lot 10, Farenheight, Pavilion... Surrounded by lots of restaurants, stalls, shops. The services are excellent, i.e., Mr. Anamuls in the ground floor restaurant. Breakfast options were highly varied. The teatime course with free wine flow every day. Easy to call Grab or taxi in front door. The monorail and bus station at the next corner!

everything is ok except the hallway is a bit dark (maybe the design) And the sink water is not clogged....other than that it's ok👍

Wonderful hotel, spacious and comfortable room with city views, large bathroom with big mirrors and a shower. Well-kept and beautiful lobby, and a rooftop with a pool to unwind from the hustle and bustle of KL. Definitely highly recommended. The cleanliness was remarkable.

Staying for 4 nights was a pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out process was fast. The cleanliness of the room was always maintained, the housekeeper worked well. What needs to be improved is the lighting in the room so that it can be added. Room service seems to need to be provided so that if you are hungry at night you can immediately order room service. The swimming pool at this hotel is also a champion, but unfortunately because we were too busy walking around outside the hotel we didn't have time to use it.

Have stayed here several times, I like the rooms, they are okay.. Clean.. Close to Alor and Bukit Bintang.

Great location! Easy access to night street food and Pavilion mall. Room and food are decent, a boutique hotel standard. Appreciated that they provided a Bluetooth speaker in the room.
