This is my second time here and I like the peaceful atmosphere. Unlike other noisy hotels.

The staff is very helpful to me in any matter, I feel at ease here even though the hotel is old school/people say it's just ordinary...

Unfriendly staff, dirty room cleanliness, lots of black spots on towels, broken bathroom shower, no hot water.

The room is spacious enough for a family, strategic location near tourist attractions and food, cheap price is enough for the mendang mendang like us, the AC is very cold, the toilet is safe, the shower water is hot, you get 4 towels, 4 soaps, 4 mineral waters, only the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets needs to be improved, if necessary repaint them to make them even better 👍👍, don't forget to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Booking a superior room at that price is not worth it at all 🥲😭 far from Kediri, the intention is to sleep comfortably in the room, but there are so many things that can't sleep The AC is not cold, the room is damp, the sheets are very dirty, itchy, there are mosquitoes, even the bathroom has hot water that doesn't work properly, sometimes hot sometimes not 😭 the place is horrible, the lights are very minimal Even though if it is maintained, it would be really good The only good thing is the service, the staff are all friendly men 😭

Standard room 112 (or how many I forgot) I forgot it was actually good, the circulation had windows and the bathroom was spacious, but it still smelled a bit musty and the headboard looked moldy, then I asked to upgrade to a larger twin room for an additional 100 thousand, it was quite worth it, the lady was kind and helpful. The room was spacious, there was a sofa and the AC was also cold and the best part was the hot water worked well, but the cleanliness of the bathroom and facilities still needed to be improved. Please note the location is close to everywhere and the living room in the lobby is classic vibtage I like it

It's good 😎, but the circulation in the front room is lacking, so the room is a bit musty.

The room was spacious, but we booked a room and then moved to a nearby hotel and it turned out to be better and suitable for a large family and the hotel was willing to take responsibility.

On average it's okay, only if I may suggest, the cleanliness should be improved. For the AC in the upper family room, it's not cold, please fix/replace the AC.

Food is not bought. Can take gallon water and available ades. Nice place near Hokben.

The large room is large enough for us who have 3 boys.

The hotel is perfect for families, can accommodate 4-5 people. Access to everywhere is close and parking is easy. The room is very spacious but many are too well maintained so it is a bit outdated and a bit dirty

Cheap but garden maintenance and cleanliness still need to be improved

the hotel is quite close to the city centre, so it wasn't that hard to reach the hotel. the room is a bit musty and smell a little moldy, seemed like they rarely clean the room. there's also soft dust on top of the bed, and the bed was uncomfortable that was why I decided to switch hotel. there's no hot water in the bathroom. when I turn on the hot water, I literally waited for 2 minutes for it to turn warmer but it didn't happen. I couldn't flush the toilet after I did it for the first time. there was no water right after I tried to flush for the rest of times. I almost got the room with cockroaches in it but thankfully I could switch to the room next door. overall the hotel wasn't worth it. I know it was cheap hotel but I think they can improve the customer's satisfaction

For a strategic location because it is quite close to everywhere, but for facilities and hospitality it is a bit lacking. Because our family was a bit shocked by the condition of the room, it was a bit creepy, different from the picture in the application. The lights were dim, the water was small, the AC was not too cold and the room was humid and smelled a bit because of the humidity. The sheets were also very dull and had stains. It's just that because all the hotels were full, we couldn't move hotels anymore

The room smells and is not cleaned. There is no toilet paper. The old sheets and blankets were not replaced. After I complained, they were replaced the next day. The receptionist is not 24 hours because from 10 pm to 8 am there are no hotel staff at all

There were cockroaches in the room, stayed for 2 nights but it wasn't cleaned, and the room smelled musty.

The hotel is not as advertised. The AC is not cold at all. The bathroom is dirty. The TV is hard to turn on. Don't stay here. Better find a really comfortable hotel.
