For my travel needs, the hotel's location is strategic.
The hotel staff are friendly, and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
The Wi-Fi speed in my room on the 6th floor needs improvement, as it was slow.
Overall, the hotel and staff are okay.
Maintain and improve.

One of the best choices of places to stay in Jambi. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, toilets and showers are very good. Friendly staff, very fast check-in and check-out, close to various culinary centers. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Highly recommend Swiss-Bell Hotel as the best place to stay in Jambi.

Very comfortable, clean, even hair conditioner is provided, this is a big plus point. It's a shame I didn't buy the one with breakfast, so I don't know what the food was like. But there are lots of places to eat around the hotel.
