The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty, and my body was itchy. There was a lot of Aqua waste scattered around. The bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine, as if it hadn't been scrubbed.

Disappointed, be careful staying here. A room inspection revealed a damaged pillowcase, claiming there were stains on it. The owner should audit his staff, as this is a frequent occurrence.

This is more appropriately called an inn, because people's expectations of a hotel are a bit far off. I stayed here because it was close to the hospital I was going to. The room I got was not very nice and cramped, full of cockroaches, not soundproof (music played every night from 11am to 3am), and the air conditioning was dirty and dusty.

That's fine, but the staff didn't confirm that I left my shorts behind during the room check. If I'd brought my towel, they would have immediately checked it out.

Criticism for the management of Hotel Barong. This hotel is very poorly maintained. I'm not satisfied. The rooms are very small, smelly, and the toilet drain is clogged. The AC is very hot in both rooms I tried. The AC was never maintained. Since I had already booked and paid via the app, I was forced to stay. For around 200,000 Rupiah, there are many other, more comfortable hotel options. This criticism is for the hotel's own good, and for introspection. 👌
