very effective friendly service

It was nice though, but a bit fishy when we just arrived. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. We came for the jellyfish and we were super excited to catch some. This place could be better, actually. Low maintenance makes the resort look dusty and rusty, and of course, plastics on the water (sad). But we appreciate the staff, they're friendly and helpful, even with limited resources. Hope this place could grow better, rise and shine again. We'd love to come back for jellyfish blooming next year. I think you can use this jelly season to promote the hotel next year. Also, add another water sport activities for us, the harmless ones, like paddle canoeing maybe, hehe.

The restaurant's fried rice wasn't great, and the drinks were quite expensive. The rooms were okay, especially the family (I got Executive 1), but the room was a bit scary because it had very few windows facing the beach, and the mangroves were overgrown.

The accommodation is very quiet, with views of the mangrove forest and the sea, the rooms are also clean, top notch.

Checking in by train is cheap... but it's a bit odd that guests are required to pay. It should be considered a service.

This resort is situated at an industrial port. We parked approximately 1/2 km from our room and walked the old delapetated board walk over polluted stenchy water. The water smells like sewage, this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I didn’t want to try the restaurant for fear I would get sick. Couldn’t find any staff in the morning for a trolley to take our luggage back. Lightning in the room was very dim. Strongly discourage anyone from staying here!. Best part about this place was leaving! Pictures on Traveloka are misleading!

Comfortable and quiet. Beautiful place, nice

This hotel is actually good, but unfortunately the road is very far. I suggest that those who use Tosa trains should always be on standby and if possible, guests should not be asked to walk far carrying heavy bags. This is my third time here. It's a shame if it continues like this, it will be deserted.

Exciting and comfortable, especially when the tide is high

It's a pretty good place to stay. I was in a more basic room which was reasonable for the price. The restaurant was excellent. The state of the mangroves was abysmal, but that's not necessarily the hotel's fault. It's pretty good for transiting for one night.

Nice view but Safety is not guaranteed, the wooden bridge for access to the rooms and other facilities is rotten so it needs serious maintenance, my mother almost fell into the sea during high tide because the wooden bridge suddenly collapsed and collapsed. And more attention is paid to the facilities to go to the room using a train to carry suitcases, it turns out to be paid and because the hotel is in the marine fisheries service area, an entrance ticket is charged per person and per car and the entry and exit tickets are only valid for 24 hours.

It's actually really nice, unfortunately it's not well maintained so that the buildings and infrastructure, which are 90 percent made of wood, are mostly rotten. I even got stuck in rotten wood when I was walking, which resulted in a wound on my foot... and when I walk I have to be extra careful + my heart is pounding... because I'm afraid of getting stuck in rotten wood again.

The room is quite spacious, the cleanliness is quite okay, the towels and linens seem to need updating. The view in the morning is really good, the lights in the afternoon are suitable for taking pictures. But when the sea recedes, there is a distinctive smell of the sea that is quite pungent. You can have early CI at 12 noon, this means a lot. But CO is at 11 am, unlike most other hotels that can have CO at 12 noon. Overall everything is okay, hopefully the overall hotel maintenance can be improved.

This place is super run down. It felt like a ghost town. Everything is falling apart and they do only the very necessary to keep it running. Staff barely spoke English and service was not existent.

for the check in time at 1 pm, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, but the wifi signal is bad (maybe because the router is far from my room), the TV is blurry (the screen is a bit bluish), then be careful when putting food on the table because there are lots of small ants (they quickly swarm if there is food on the table), there is a large refrigerator, food can be stored there to avoid ants. other than that it's okay.
