Friendly staff, hopefully more solution-oriented

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Got a room on the side of the road and it was noisy, what was going to open the balcony door was actually a lot of motorbike and car noise, the sink in the bathroom was clogged. For a 5 star hotel, they gave very little soap, shampoo, product tester models - The TV is also very complicated to watch Netflix you have to change it using the cursor on the remote (should be able to change it to a real android TV) - Lastly, the most annoying thing was when we were about to check out, we were still in the room, someone knocked on the door and the housekeeper opened the door without us opening it (we were still in the room) - For food, the breakfast menu was varied and delicious, there was also a yogurt station, there were many pastry choices, and there were also many coffee choices, but mostly the service was the most lacking in my opinion. For this price, I think you can go to other places with good service.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly, and the breakfast menu was varied and delicious. However, there were a few things I wasn't comfortable with: the sound of motorbikes on the road was very audible from inside the room, the room wasn't soundproof, and I had to wait until 3 p.m. to check in, even though I'd already mentioned I was bringing a small child. Furthermore, the mountain view room I chose was too far from the edge.

We had an extra wonderful time celebrating our wedding anniversary. There was a personalised greeting card and a cake when we checked in. There were lots of activities to do for our son. He enjoyed the Bartender and the Bird (Pet) Show, the most. The breakfast from the LL Restaurant was amazing! with different variety of food, plenty of staff/servers to make sure we got everything we need and our tables are always clean. They even have some barristas to serve really good tasting coffee and hot chocolate. For dinner, we tried the infinity pool and the Cascade Restaurant. We had an extraordinary time listening to the band, enjoying the breeze and the mountain view while having delicious cantonese cuisine. As a bonus, we got some vouchers to enjoy for our next stay. We have tried the Fire Restaurant last year (also on our anniversary) and it was the reason we wanted to go back. The hotel provided us with value for each penny we spent. We'll surely come back... again. 🙏
