Thank God, I've stayed at this hotel many times in Surabaya. It's strategically located, a great place to walk to the park, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. The AC is very cold, there's a refrigerator and minibar. The bathroom is also clean, with clean towels and hot water for showering. Overall, everything is good. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The breakfast menu is very varied. The taste is so good that I want to try other dishes. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The BF wasn't very good, the taste needs to be improved. The first day the floor was sticky, but the second day it was okay.

The price is quite affordable. However, the room's AC needs repair. I've called a technician twice, but it's still not cooling. I was offered a room change, but I just couldn't be bothered to clean up.
