The room amenities are not complete in the room and we ask for the food to deliver to the room when we order from the restaurant but they told us there is a extra charges for the delivery which is not make sense at all, a lot of mosquitoes in the room make us feel uncomfortable to sleep during the night. Additional charge for three people of 150k is not listed in the app. Deposit of 200k is okay. There are small ants on the bed that make your body itch. The bathroom and room are very old. Hot water is only used for a moment and it is cold again. The stairs to the room are far and steep. No help at all from the hotel staff. There was a guest checking in at 1 am next to the room, but it was so noisy that they woke up and could only sleep again at 3 am. It's a shame that Samosir rarely has a branded hotel.
