I had a Google review about the less than pleasant service, and they immediately apologized in private chat. Overall, the place is okay and strategic. I even upgraded my room and got a welcome cake, which was very nice. The breakfast menu is quite varied and delicious too👍

I stayed on January 8th and checked in on the 9th. I left behind a bag containing my iPhone, Oppo, and Vivo chargers. When I returned to the hotel, I asked the receptionist and they said there weren't any. It was very disappointing. They didn't take responsibility. Very disappointed.

1. The parking lot has no roof (protection from the sun and rain). 2. The vehicle entry and exit system to the lobby is quite strange, unlike that of a star-rated hotel (only one access point). 3.

When checking in, there were women who broke through the queue, the staff immediately served them even though there was a head clearly in front of their faces waiting in line. The room had a mixed aroma, there was a musty smell too, maybe from the AC, the curtain fabric and the doormat made me nauseous, I ordered a deluxe type but the room had a view with an outdoor AC blower, the room was small, the amenities were incomplete, the breakfast was ok, the pool was ok because there was an additional ball game for children and also coloring equipment by the pool and in the restaurant

I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and had a bad experience staying there.. for the first day it was okay, the food was okay, the room wasn't too spacious but it was clean okay.. but on the second day my husband lost something in the room when I left.. I did ask the housekeeping to clean my room but when I got home I lost my things.. and in the things there was also quite a lot of money.. the hotel only introduced me to the room boy but there was no action like showing the CCTV when the incident happened.. even though the missing items were also important.. maybe it was just an individual but I was disappointed with this hotel 🙏🏻
