The staff is friendly, the ambiance is like staying in a remote area even though I stayed in Central Jakarta.

This hotel has been established for a long time, it seems it hasn't been renovated yet.. many parts of the hotel and rooms are damaged and need to be renovated, otherwise, it will lose to other hotels in the same class whose rates are not much different.. so far the rooms are out of date, the bathroom even though I booked a deluxe one still uses a bathtub, no shower, the bathroom door has a broken hinge and can't be closed. The AC is still cold, but the blanket is too thin. The interior of the room needs to be updated.. the old-fashioned impression is really felt.. regarding friendliness, no complaints.. the receptionist is quite friendly, the check-in and check-out process is also very smooth..

Can check in early in the morning without additional costs. Horror like an abandoned hotel, dirty yard, dirty room, near the busway stop, itchy mattress, hard, feels like iron springs, 24-hour security.

It's a shame that the hotel is in the middle of the city but not well developed.

The hotel staff is not very friendly towards guests.

For those with a small budget but want to stay in the center of Jakarta, Royal Juanda is quite recommended because its location is very strategic and there are many cheap food sellers around.

When I entered the room, the AC was not very cold, the smell of the room, the receptionist service was uncomfortable, when I entered the room I immediately went out, hopefully the money can be returned because I didn't have time to sleep when I entered it was very unpleasant. Suggestions to improve the service and comfort of the room facilities and the AC room is not cold, the smell of the room, and the bathroom facilities have no hot water.

The place is creepy. The building is old and needs to be renovated ☹.

The hotel is like a ghost house, very dirty toilets with no water, outdated items like the Majapahit era.

Towels, soap, drinking water, mats are not provided. The room is leaking and dirty. The advantage is the strategic location in the city center.

It's sad, like an old house, the attic also has leaks, the bathroom and bedroom are not clean, there are no trash bins.

The location of this hotel is close to the Istiqlal mosque and easy to find transportation. However, the hotel environment is poorly maintained, the roads are full of holes, the rooms also look old, the walls are blackened near the AC, when you open the room the room smells stuffy of mold and the walls and ceiling look wet with water. Hopefully in the future, this hotel will experience rejuvenation, repainting and improving the interior of the rooms and the hotel environment. Good luck for the future.

This hotel was wonderful during its age a years ago. Due to COVID-19 pandemic I suppose to think that, the management has to reduce its maintenance on their premises. The cons (-) 1. The room was so old fashioned, the TV was broken, and the wardrobe also totally come from ages before my birth, maybe late 90 's but I think it came from teak wood (kayu jati) with Javanese or Jepara style. 2. The bed and its sheet was so crimpled yet clean. The spring were squeaky but overall the spring bed still comfortable to lay on it. 3. The toilet was totally messed up, no flush worked so well, so you must flushed it with a waterscoop. So if you have a business on it, do pleased it as normally Indonesian 😂. 4. No clothes hanger on bathroom, you must put your freshly clothes outside the bath. The pros (+): 1. The room was OK, quiet clean and tidy. 2. The bathroom was clean. 3. Water on the bathroom was plenty and you can enjoy nice bath (no shower because there 's no shower tap) 4. You got a pair of towels, an amenities (2 soapbar, a pair of toothpastes and toothbrushes) 5. We got a balcony outside our room with 2 old fashioned sofa for seating and functioning as living room. (You can accept and serve your guest who visiting you on this balcony) 6. The location was totally perfect, near train station and perfectly in city center. Absolutely fabulous and nice location.

The room is full of mosquitoes, cockroaches, wifi doesn't reach the hotel room.

Hotelnya nyaman, asri, kamar luas, dekat dari stasiun juanda. Recommended dahh.

The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious, recommended for families, the staff are good and friendly and make things easy, only the room facilities are lacking and not well maintained. But its okay
