The hospitality is top-notch - room service, lobby officers, security guards near the elevator. The room is clean, no cockroaches, mosquitoes, or geckos. The AC is really cool and comfortable. Keep it up! However, every time I shower or use a lot of water, the toilet in my room gets flooded for a while before it drains. The same thing happens in the sink, it gets flooded for a few minutes before it drains. But overall, I like it.

Located in the city center, integrated with a shopping center, specifically from the third floor up. TV channels allow access to Netflix, Video, YouTube, and more. The food is also varied and reasonably priced.

The room lights are too dim and the floor is dusty, the room corridor smells of food residue, because many hotel guests order food and when they have finished eating, they put it in the corridor but it is not immediately taken/cleaned.

My first time staying at the Muara Hotel. It's strategically located on the roadside, right next to Muara Mall, making it easy to find food. Breakfast was delicious and the price was reasonable. Malut United players often stay here.

It's worth the price, but the waiters are not very friendly and not very welcoming, just do your job... so you don't need guests.
