I had requested a high floor and a specific check-in time, but unfortunately, it was not noted. When I arrived, the room was not ready, and I was given the lowest floor. The soundproofing is the worst; we could hear the street sounds clearly, and on the second night, there was children's chaos, although I called to complain and they responded quite well.
