For room reservations, the reception staff, Amelia Shakinah, was very helpful.

Check in was fast and very happy, close to Jalan Sabang for hunting food... unfortunately the swimming pool is small and people smoke in the pool area

Complete hotel facilities in the middle of the city, there is a swimming pool, delicious breakfast, good service

My first time staying at AOne. Ibu Novi provided friendly, helpful, and fast check-in service. The room was clean, but the shower head and shower head needed replacing as they weren't working properly, and the shower light was out. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very responsive. Overall, I was satisfied.
