Cheap hotel? What do you expect?

A suggestion to the owner would be including lights to hotel name signage and that would help guests to find the location easily. Water heater pressure is good enough. Ventilation isn't that good as we can smell cigarette smoke thru our room exhaust from other rooms. Pillows are too soft for us. Overall is fine for a casual night stay and for the price.

Location is hard to find. Difficult to find a place to eat, everywhere should bring a car.

Budget hotel with reasonable price. hard to find without map and grab guides. clean and quite comfortable hotel. our holiday destination enjoy johor city and to legoland. pretty close and affordable grab tariff from hotel to legoland. but unfortunately. this hotel is very far from downtown johor. and do not provide sarapaan. finding your own food is hard. especially Muslims. there is only a grocery store close to the hotel and 1 halal but closed holiday. if your goal is just legoland. this hotel became a short break before and after the legoland exciting activities. but if you want to go around the city johor. you should choose a hotel that is close to the city center. with hotel prices in the city center more expensive but easy to get food and easy public transportation access. automatically saves the cost of grab / taxi. hopefully our reviews help for travelers with a mini budget but want maximum excitement! regards.

Nice hotel and clean, but the toilet don't have a cover.

I slept two nights in this hotel and I don't think I have much complain. I think the only complain I have is that my bathroom's toilet don't have any toilet seat so it's kind of a minus. Other than that, everything works great. WiFi is fast, shower is good.

very good budget hotel at strategic location

Only setback was the smelly drain at hotel entrance. Otherwise it was clean, comfortable & value for money.

comfort for family, great location. but the only things is they do not provide lift.

If possible, provide prayer mats in the room. Spare clothes hanger in the toilet. Notwithstanding thank you. Ride a comfortable place for business but not for a family holiday.

Room was clean. Wifi was strong in the room. Bathroom is large, modern and clean. They have a rain shower in the bathroom. The water was hot and consistent. The toilet flush is strong and most importantly... they were generous with their toilet paper rolls. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Requests were attended to promptly. They often asked for feedback (strikingly, to the point of being anxious and apologetic about their service.) Security wise, they have a receptionist on desk duty on the ground floor 24 hours around the clock. And when we returned late past midnight, there was male staff sitting outside the hotel acting as security. I would say this was one of the better hotels we stayed in JB. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for 3 nights. I have nothing but praise for the staff. Do take note that in this hotel, house cleaning staff will not enter your room without permission, so you have to inform them to clean your room if you need your room cleaned and the towels changed. On the whole, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and nice. Drinking water and water heater available. Highly recomended. It's just far enough away to find food
