The front desk staff is not humble enough. The room floor is dirty. The bathroom is dirty. There is no small trash can in the room. The blanket feels like a doormat (even though I stayed for a short time, at least the shape and color should be like that. The blanket is very very bad) The TV cannot be turned on. We only need to check in at 8 pm and check out at 5.30 am, thank you. Please correct this so that other guests also feel comfortable.

Good service & got breakfast but the toilet needs to be repaired because the smell doesn't reach the room.

Only one towel, even though I ordered a twin bed room. Lame.

The location is not far from st.bangil. next to it is Alfa midi. we got a comfortable room. late check in but still be served friendly. the room is clean. delicious breakfast. cheap price. super friendly staff.
