First experience because it was my first time staying at this hotel, the room was very spacious, the interior was Masya Allah aesthetic, economical budget with a very wow room, the best 👍🏻

The room key was problematic, when checking in I had to keep exchanging keys with reception, disturbing my comfort, while I was resting the technician knocked on the room several times to fix the key problem.

Lokasi sangat dekat bandara, ngga jauh juga ke tengah kota.. Hotel bangunan lama, cukup terawat dan bersih.. harga agak pricey ya, mgkn karena di kota ini ngga ada pembanding yang seimbang.. breakfastnya sorry banget underrated👎

Sutan Raja Hotel has a great location, very close to the airport, which makes it super convenient. However, the room had a strong cigarette smell, which was a bit disappointing. If they improved the air quality, it would be a much better stay!

The check-in service was fast and the reception was friendly and fast in providing service. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, but it was not soundproof because you could still hear the footsteps of the children running around in the room above.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean, soundproof, the staff was friendly, the breakfast menu was extensive and varied. My only complaint was the bathroom in the room, the water flow in the shower was not strong enough in my opinion, I was not satisfied with the shower, and the drain seemed to be clogged at km 119. Thank you.

I stayed here for 4 nights, the food variety was the same every day, so it got boring.
