The room is spacious, the staff is friendly. However, the AC is not cold, it's hot. The breakfast is not varied, many are empty even though there is a sign, but the staff said it was empty. The bathroom curtains are dirty.

The room's AC was leaking, the pillows smelled musty, and the room was stuffy, so we asked to move rooms. The staff responded well. We only had one room card. The breakfast was quite varied, and it was close to KI Park for morning exercise.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. It was a very comfortable stay. The swimming pool is also nice.

My room's AC can't be turned down. When it's turned off, the indoor unit doesn't turn off, and it's really noisy. There are many menus for breakfast, but at 7:30 a.m. most of them are gone. The fried rice is delicious. The pool is clean. The bathroom curtain is dirty. The location is really strategic. There are many places to hang out. The only thing that makes it uncomfortable is the AC. Yesterday I found out that the AC was having problems at 9 p.m., so I was too lazy to complain. Maybe next time if you want to stay overnight, tell me at the beginning that the AC is having problems and immediately ask for a room change.

friendly staff, it's just a shame that the facilities don't match the class of a hotel in the middle of a busy center....from the bed that doesn't look like a hotel of its class,, the bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain...the pillows are small...the breakfast is far from delicious,,,you could say it's like an inn or far below a regular inn, not a hotel...both from the minimal variety of food...the fruit runs out, no more is added...the side dishes run out, waiting a long time before they are added...the worst restaurant I've ever tasted

overall experiences are good. for a 3 star hotel the room size is quite large and with swimming pool facilities. Location: quite good in the middle of the city and local attractions (local cuisine etc.) and in front of the Kambang Iwak city park. Close to the Ampera Bridge. Cleanliness: it's a shame because it seems to be neglected. the hotel needs major cleanliness and repairs. Breakfast: enough, only the addition of food is lacking. The food refill is lacking, especially during long weekends where many families stay. Price: quite good and affordable.

Quick and convenient access in the hotel room

The room is very spacious, the AC is cold, the location is very strategic near the snack place. The service is friendly and fast, even though it was only 1 am but we were already given a room. Unfortunately, it turned out that I booked a room without breakfast, next time I want to stay here again, Recommended!

Very good for guest recommendation who want comfort and city center. On Saturday and Sunday can be the right choice to book here.

Highly recommended for a staycation, the price is affordable and most importantly there is a swimming pool, but the AC is not cold enough, keep it at that price, we will come back again.
