Dari 2018 hampir sebulan dua kali cari penginapan untuk urusan pekerjaan, baru kali ini dapat penginapan yang sangat buruk! Receptionist sangat jutek, kamar kotor, wc kotor, sangat tidak rekomendasi. Harus ada penambahan harga dari aplikasi!

Pesen 2 kamar, yang 1 kamarnya ga ada remot ac dan seperti tidak di bersihkan dengan adanya sampah di belakang pintu kamar dan shower kamar mandi tidak nyala. Di keterangan tertera, gratis check in lebih awal untuk 120 menit (tapi di sini saya di disuruh bayar buat biaya early check in), dan di keterangan tertera gratis check out terlambat 120 menit, ketika di tanya ke resepsionisnya ternyata kalau telat check out tetep kena cas. Resepsionisnya mba-mba dengan kerudung pink sangat tidak ramah dan tidak senyum kepada tamu. Tolong untuk kebersihan dan sdm nya lebih di benahi lagi.

Ruangnya lumayan luas, kamarnya standard, toiletnya standar. Gambarnya kamarnya tidak terlalu sama persis dengan yang di foto. Tapi overall lumayan okay.

The location is not too far from tourist destinations such as Tangkuban Perahu or Keraton Cliff. Maybe guests who have checked out before I check-in and for facilities such as WiFi, it looks like it's really useless, the network is very bad, Unlike hotels I have visited before.
