The room was okay, but it's a shame the breakfast menu lacked variety and taste. Perhaps this could be improved.

The pool is clean, the rooms are luxurious, and the parking is spacious. It's nice.

Overall, everything is good. It's just that there is construction going on near the swimming pool.

We happened to be staying on New Year's Day. So, our room wasn't ready until 3:00 PM, but we were given a voucher for a free afternoon snack while we waited. Furthermore, the bellboy, Mr. Indra, was very helpful from arrival through check-in and check-out, and even helped direct us to the restaurant while we waited for our room. The hotel's ambiance and facilities were also great. We had a lobby suite and received complimentary fresh fruit.

The refrigerator in room 1107 was not cold and check out took a long time.

The hotel is nice, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are nice, especially the beds, which are really comfortable. The only downside is the food, which is a bit lacking and could be improved.

i like doing gym here but there is construction beside this hotel it made noisy but everything is good

When I arrived, the swimming pool couldn't be used anymore because it was being repaired, even though I came here to go to Kolber.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
