My favorite hotel, friendly service, varied and delicious breakfast, clean and fragrant rooms, basically it's not perfect.

Check-in was fast and the staff was very friendly. We had a room on the 12th floor (the top floor). The river view was great, but there was a slight disturbance as the top floor seemed to have some occasional mechanical noise on the rooftop. Otherwise, it was very pleasant. I'll never be back to Harris Hotels again.

My son asked to stay here again when he goes to Samarinda again.

Very nice, view of Mahakam Bridge

The service was excellent, MasyaAllah. When we were about to check out, we asked for permission to have the chair we were sitting on in the hotel room broken and to have it replaced... and we waited for confirmation when we checked in, but thankfully, there was no replacement. It was true that my husband was the one sitting there, and he's a big man weighing 100 kg. Perhaps that's reasonable from the hotel. Thank you, Harris Hotel.

Everything was great. It just seems like the bathroom blower isn't working properly, so the bathroom odors don't dissipate immediately and end up in the bedroom.

All the hotel staff from security, front office to cleaning service are all friendly, the room we booked had a view directly facing the Mahakam Bridge, every day we could see barges carrying coal, the breakfast menu is varied, eating with a beautiful view and there is a children's playground, fun games and a swimming pool that is not too big but quite satisfying. The strategic location is close to the mall, close to eateries and other busy centers. My first experience vacationing at Harris Hotel Samarinda and next time I want to go there again.
