Highly recommended for a family staycation. The kids were happy because there were fun games every weekend. The service was also good, the food was good, and the atmosphere was great because I got a room with a view of the Mahakam River. Harris Hotel Samarinda is really good. I'll stay here again next time because the kids were happy staying at Harris Hotel Samarinda.

The sheets and bedcover were really dirty, I hadn't even gotten on the bed and there were already lots of black footprints. The sheets and bedcover were dirty or moldy, you can see it for yourself. I was just about to rest at 10 PM. I called to ask for a change, I had to call twice before they came and waited another hour.

The bedsheets and bed cover were a bit yellow and had a few stains, but when I called the staff, they immediately replaced them. Overall, it was good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Next time I go to Samarinda, God willing, I will stay here again.

I have often stayed at Harris, it is comfortable for a staycation with family, but this week it was very uncomfortable because the swimming pool was mostly used for swimming training on Saturday and Sunday afternoons so the space for swimming was very small.. please evaluate again, especially during the peak season of school holidays 🙏
