The room is big and clean even though you have to check in at 2, wait a minute, but it's okay like home, the owner is also kind and welcoming. Only for the kitchen because the room is rented monthly, it would be better if the kitchen facilities could be distinguished for the public and not, because if for example using a pan for example it turns out that it is not a public facility so it's a misunderstanding, many who stay there monthly are indeed for boarding houses or rental houses, only 1 lack of limited parking space for cars according to the price, so it's so good. For those who are afraid of dogs, it's better to check first because beware of fierce dogs, the good thing is that it's close to a roadside eatery and it's cheap and the taste is also good,

This homestay has a very nice atmosphere, homey, the building is new and clean, it deserves a good review, besides being cheap it is also clean like hotel rooms, TV channels are also many choices, there is a refrigerator too. Close to the shops on the seminyak street, want to go to a shop made r, just walk 300. Near the hotel, about 100 m to the left, there is a simple cheap and delicious food stall, foreigners who are boarding here like to buy food there. next to the room there is a kitchen, gallon water, a stove, so if you want to make tea coffee or indomie for breakfast it's really easy, no need to go out looking for restaurants / stalls, you can actually use food delivery applications if you want. The owner is very kind, I was worried, the entrance (not Nusa Indah) was not wide, and did not read any notes from the application, can only park motorbikes, but help can get space for parking, so no need to park on the side Street. two nights stay here, fun and good night already knows, so no more barking when we come. There are motorbike and car rentals too. Next time, if we go to Bali, we will stay here again, it is really suitable for travelers like us who like the free and easy concept instead of using a travel guide, because it is not the first visit to Bali.

The rooms are nice, big, the service is friendly, really recommended, food stalls of halal food can also walk from the hotel. Unfortunately yesterday I was strayed to make the same with Google maps, the location of the hotel in Seminyak instead I was invited to spin around to Kuta.

The check-in process was smooth, the homestay owner was friendly too. The room fits the photo and is clean, the air conditioner is cold, the bed is comfortable, there is a TV with a decent channel. Bathroom with hot shower, just nice. What was lacking was only when we were there when the interference was interrupted and no drinking water was provided. But it doesn't matter because there are many stalls near the homestay. The dog that is called fierce by some reveewers is called boy. Don't be afraid, boy, he just looks after his house. just shut it up if you're near it, I'll also know you later.

The first time I came, the one who greeted me was a fierce dog. yes it was on the loose. but the dog wasn't dangerous tho. it barked so loud, yes. But it didn't attack me. I think the dog barked only to a new guest or stranger to notify the owner that a stranger came in." but for people who are scared of dog, it could be a nerve wrecking experience. The room was better than my expectation. it was spacious, modern, chic, clean and cozy. the entrance was a sliding door covered with a white curtain. there was a window, ac, fridge, hot water shower, cable tv, cupboard, a shared dust bin and washing rack outside. There were only 2 pillows, I asked for more since I came with my cousin but they couldn't give it. it came with 1 towel and I asked for 1 more and they gave it. The price was very affordable. the exterior was nice. there were frangipani trees everywhere. there were also their private balinese pura (temple) and praying chambers (i guess). it was very near to the main road of seminyak, cafes and convenient store. The owner is a balinese lady with her sons. the homestay was quiet. since I think there is no breakfast service, there was no chance the guests could gather together and had some chats. on the second day I asked the owner for my room to be cleaned. unfortunately it wasn't so clean. I still found many hairs on the floor. the only unpleasant things were the room was a bit musty (maybe they can open the window when the room was vacant) and the sink has many stains (i tried to clean it by myself but it didn't work). I hope the owner could find a way to really clean the sink because it's very disgusting (you can see in the pic). other than those matters, everything was perfect and great. I enjoyed my 2 nights stay there very much.

Wow the rooms are spacious and clean. There's a fridge too. Very close to places to eat, minimart and beach. Next, if you go to Seminyak, you want to go there again.

The room is comfortable, clean. but it's a bit afraid of the fierce dog.

It was hard to find the exact location because the actual place is not no. 64, but 6A and the guard dog is aggressive, I hope he should be tied up later.
