if the next room is smoking. the room we occupy also smells of cigarettes. then if he eats durian the smell also enters the room. while I have a baby. 🥲. It's better to separate the non-smoking and smoking rooms. 🙏

Saya tidak pernah menginap karena tp pihak hotel tidak bisa bekoordinasi dan membantu refund uang saya sangat disayangkan karena ini syariah seharusnya haram memakan uang tamu.

Pintu kamar mandi rusak, air shower di kamar mandi kuning, sarapan pagi kalo gak dibilang cuma dikasih 2 orang padahal kamar vip 207 untuk 3 dewasa. Kami transit itu lebih dari 12 jam tak pula sampai 24 jam semalam, suke mabok agen online ni ngasih pilihan.
