nice to be able to stay at this hotel. access to the city is close access to CARSA Hospital close to find necessities such as eating supermarkets are very close no need to take a motorcycle taxi just walk very close, the only drawback is in the toilet, the closet needs to be called a repairman so that it can be normal hehe It's a bit difficult if you want to defecate 😄 for the waiters and others all are very good. nice to be able to stay at this hotel 🥰

A very pleasant stay experience. Super fast check in, there was a bellboy who was very responsive in delivering the suitcase to the room. The room was clean, neat, comfortable and spacious for a deluxe size. The sahur food was also delicious. Around the hotel there are many traders and various culinary 🤩 Thank you Hotel Harmonis for the friendly and great service.

Over all was OK for 5 days stay. The wifi had a little problem at the beginning, but on the 4th day it was OK. Worth the price.

Check in time is limited to 24 hours. Everything else is ok.

Friendly staff, there is a man who helps carry luggage, then the receptionist is responsive when asked, the elevator works well, the hot water shower also works, I stayed in a Deluxe room. The room is clean, the AC is okay. Recommended for staying with family.

The staff is friendly.. the hotel has food according to hotel standards and overall it is comfortable, only the AC is not cold, maybe the room maintenance needs to be considered.. hopefully it will be improved.

Every time you go to Tarakan, you have to stay at Harmony, the hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast is also delicious. The room is clean and tidy for sure

Good, clean. A slight minus because the AC is noisy in room (311). Breakfast with a simple but delicious menu. Friendly staff. Spacious parking space. Next time I will go there again.
