The bathroom smelled and was dirty. There was no water mat. Last year, the cleanliness was still maintained, but this time I was disappointed, even though I've been a regular stay here every time I come to Padang for the past 10 years.

for the staff is friendly and very helpful. stayed here several times every time when we first checked in the towels were not ready, they always came in the afternoon. while when we first checked in we wanted to take a shower. pay attention again to the completeness of the lights in the room, there was 1 light bulb that was not working.
