for the staff is friendly and very helpful. stayed here several times every time when we first checked in the towels were not ready, they always came in the afternoon. while when we first checked in we wanted to take a shower. pay attention again to the completeness of the lights in the room, there was 1 light bulb that was not working.

The staff is a bit rude, to the point of not being greeted, perhaps the service needs to be improved. The room is nice but the staff is not very thorough in terms of cleanliness, towels are only delivered in the afternoon. A good hotel needs to train its service again.

The hotel is not good, the management is also bad, and the facilities are incomplete. The one that doesn't work and the water heater is missing.

The room I ordered did not match the room I was given.

The sink faucet is jammed. The bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed. The shower is broken. The mattress pad is dirty and there is blood.

The air conditioner is not cold, the room floor feels sticky/greasy, the breakfast is minimalist, bottled water in the room is small. Packaged tea is not available, the price upgrade is 2x but does not upgrade the service product. Parking is not regulated so that what will come out is covered by another car which is a very long process of finding the owner.

I am very comfortable staying here, quiet, and highly recommended for those of you who want to stay.

Sorry, I'm telling purely personal events that I experienced, honestly and without any intention of bringing down any party🙏 I have stayed at this hotel last month with the same room type (took 2 rooms, and we were placed in 1 room on the 2nd floor and 1 room on the second floor). 1st floor). But in this experience when I wanted to check in yesterday around sunset time I was given a room in the basement then I told the receptionist that I had requested a room upstairs on the application. But it's a shame that the receptionist, I think, is lying to say that this room type is only specifically in the basement, because my friend and I are tired because it's been a whole day of seminars at this hotel, then I'm okay with getting a room in the basement which is quiet and dark even though we are just the two of us and the same - same girl and no signal at all down there, not even hotel wifi! Arriving in my hometown, I just remembered to check the proof of last month's room booking from my brother, it turns out that the room type is exactly the same but why last month we were able to get the room above with the same room type and this month we can't?
