Overall, the place is good and I will still come back. The drawback is the noise coming from the roads and motorcycles. It is still far away from the resort, but it is still noisy at night.

The view is beautiful, with city lights and fresh air. The rooms are well-appointed and aesthetically pleasing, and the road access is also excellent. Large cars are still passable.

The staff were all friendly. My suggestion is to improve the breakfast timings and have it delivered to your room, as when I stayed, breakfast started at 10 a.m. and there was a buffet, so it couldn't be delivered to your room.

We arrived at 9 PM (intentionally to catch the bonfire). We confirmed with the front desk that the bonfire is on and at 10 PM. We were waiting at the bonfire site (quite far from the reception) from 9:45 PM for 45 minutes until 10:30 PM, and no one came to start the bonfire. We went to the reception, and a different guy was there who simply didn't care and said no one told him to start a bonfire. The bonfire was 80% of the reason we went to Trizara instead of other places.

The location is easy to reach, the parking is safe and spacious, the staff is friendly, the service is good, the hotel area is clean, the room is clean, the toilet is clean, the water heater works well, there are many photo spots, it is kids friendly, there are many play areas, even though there are many rooms, it is still private, cool, comfortable, I will recommend Trizara to my relatives and acquaintances.

The place is clean, has a cool, Lembang-style atmosphere, and the glamping area is well-maintained with beautiful views. The staff is also friendly and helpful, from check-in to assisting with any needs during your stay. The outdoor area is spacious enough for family gatherings, quality time, and photography. At night, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable for resting. The facilities are quite complete and well-maintained. The most noticeable thing is the warm and relaxing ambiance, making it perfect for refreshing yourself from the city routine. Recommended for family staycations, office gatherings, or short escapes in Bandung.

I stayed in Zana Cabin, for the price they charge it’s totally not worth it. There are so many better options for the premium price they charge for Zana Cabin.

Overall, it's okay, especially the view, it's really cool. It's just a shame that the road leading to the location is full of potholes, which are very dangerous for drivers.

The view is amazing! The staff was friendly and responsive. A truck broke down in the middle of the road, blocking access, so we contacted Trizara, and they immediately picked us up and directed us to an alternative route. Very nice.

I stayed at Nasika 8 which is in the corner, it's scary, in my video there are strange, scary sounds.

Nice place, cool, clean room, hot water works well, there is a chance to come back again, my child is happy, there is a trampoline, the children's play area is quite complete, toys and story books are complete and well maintained.
